This is the inside lobby of the Marietta Arts Museum.

First indoor bathroom in Marietta was in the Anderson Mansion.

This is the lobby area of the Strand.

Believe it or not, you can include the Marietta Trolley in your wedding day plans. Here's Marie and Mary looking at the beautiful wedding portraits from a recent wedding.

I had the privilege to tour four great wedding venues in Marietta this week with the Atlanta Chapter of the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants (ACPWC); the renovated Strand (must see), the Marietta Arts Museum (beautiful setting), the Anderson Mansion (Architecturally beautiful), and the Whitlock Inn (a personal favorite). It was so great to travel with 10 experienced wedding planners on the Marietta Trolley. When you plan your wedding, including a budget for a wedding consultant will make your special day even that much better. At the end of our tour, we had a tasty lunch at the Whitlock Inn. I have a list of several wedding consultants that I can recommend to you. Wedding season is upon us! Call today to discuss your wedding photography needs.

I am working on a project for my church, Vintage 242, this week. Sometimes I see visions of what I want to photograph before the actual shoot (most of the time). I can not rest until I get the shot that I'm see in my mind. This is a picture of two very sweet friends of mine. This picture turned out just like I saw it in my mind. I love it! I had to share. It represents something so powerful...LOVE. You won't want to miss our church service next week. You will remember it forever. Visit www.vintage242.com for more information about service times. Thanks Dawn, Stacey, and Sheila!

I just love these close up shots of babies faces. They are just too sweet. I had to share this baby face. Little N. is a cutie!

I have spoken with many married women who regret their decision to have a friend or family member take their wedding portraits. I have designed a humorous ad for the West Cobb Magazine to catch you before your wedding date. If it's too late, I also offer professional image retouch and album design for those "uncle bob" pictures. I enjoy creating beautiful wedding albums, and I'm not limited to just my portraits. Call me today to discuss your wedding needs before (or after) the wedding! Talk to you soon.

I've always been one for cute little names for loved ones. Sometimes it's sugar, sweetie, honey, and pea pie. I often call my little ones my puppies...I know, I know...Silly. My littlest one fell in the mud while playing. For this she will be called Little Mud Puppy. Too cute...And a quote to think about:

"In the spring, at the end of the day you should smell like dirt." ~ Margaret Atwood

Well, my ads are out and about. This month, I am running a general ad to spark the interest in the community. I run my ads in West Cobb Magazine. It is an interesting magazine with articles and not just advertisements. I would highly recommend it if you are looking to advertise! Here's the link to the website for more information: www.westcobbmagazine.com.

Mention my ad when you are booking and receive a special photo gift.
